1. Overview
Welcome to The Vintage Courier, where we strive to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable subscription letter experience. Our shipping policy ensures that your letters are delivered promptly and securely.
2. Subscription Delivery
- Frequency: Each Subscription letter is sent out once a month.
- Dispatch Days: All letters are dispatched on the Tuesday after a subscription payment is processed, to ensure a consistent delivery schedule.
- First Letter: Your first letter will be shipped within 5 business days of subscribing.
3. Shipping Areas
- We deliver across all of Australia, including metropolitan and rural areas.
- We also deliver to the US, UK and New Zealand.
4. Shipping Costs
- All shipping costs are included in your subscription fee for Australian Residents. There are no additional charges for shipping within Australia.
- Shipping outside of Australia will incur an additional cost. This cost will be added at the cart.
5. Tracking and Delivery
- Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery in metropolitan areas and up to 10 business days for rural areas.
6. Missed/Damaged Shipments
- If a letter is missed, damaged, or not delivered, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
7. Changes to Shipping Address
- Changes to your shipping address can be made by emailing letters@thevintagecourier.com Please update your address at least 5 days before your next scheduled dispatch.
8. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, any letters dispatched prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
